Late & Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients waiting for an appointment. Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24h notice will results in a charge of $100 or cost of treatment (whichever is lesser).

NO-SHOW : In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), a charge of $150 or cost of treatment (whichever is lesser) will be charged.

Late Arrivals: The no-show policy will apply for appointments that cannot be completed and you will be charged $150 or cost of treatment (whichever is lesser).

Hair & Make - Up ONLY IN STUDIO BRIDAL TRIALS ARE AVAILABLE AT 50% COST OF THE SERVICE THAT CAN BE APPLIED TO THE FINAL AMOUNT IF BOOKED No booking is confirmed until 25% non - refundable amount is paid upon signing of the contract. Travel $200 add on to the total cost (recommended for bridal party bookings)
